In the event of inclement weather, such as sub-freezing temperatures, severe storms, excessive wind, rain, sleet, or hail, Whip-In Clean will assess the current climate, and if necessary, we will work with you to find a more convenient time to schedule your service.
Make sure all valuables and personal items are removed from your car to avoid getting wet or sucked into the vacuum. (we are not responsible for items left behind). Please make sure the area is cleared and safe on arrival. We will provide a trash bag for your belongings if needed.
Your next Add-on is free after you refer 3 people and they book any service with us. They just have to say that you referred them and we will do the rest!
To simplify and streamline Whip-In Clean's scheduling process, we’ve categorized vehicles into three distinct classifications: Coupe, Sedan, and Truck/SUV.
Coupe: Think small. Typically, 2 doors and 1 row of seats, with a separated, enclosed trunk/frunk area.
Sedan: Think medium. Typically, 4 doors and 2 rows of seats, with a separated enclosed trunk area.
SUV/Truck: Think large. Typically, 4 doors or more (rear hatches count) and 2 rows of seats or more, with an open trunk area. For example, minivans, pickup trucks, crossovers, station wagons, and SUVs.
Yes, Whip-In Clean will be in contact with you to collect and return your keys.
Whip-In Clean staff will contact you upon arrival to retrieve your keys.
The main difference between a car wash and a car detail lies in the level of service and the thoroughness of cleaning and restoration provided to the vehicle.
Yes. If any biohazard or bodily fluid is present in the vehicle, such as blood, urine, feces, or vomit (human or pet), then we apply an $50 fee to your appointment. This covers the extra time that Whip-In Clean will need to spend in the area, special biohazard protective gear, and the strongest chemicals necessary for cleaning your vehicle.
Once an appointment is confirmed, you can cancel at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start, Whip-In Clean may apply a $40 cancellation fee. We will never charge a fee for weather-related cancellations.
After your service has been completed, the Whip-In Clean staff will request payment. Whip-In Clean accepts Cash, Apple Pay, zelle & Cash app as well.
